Andrea Cherubini
I work as a researcher at the National Research Council in Catanzaro, Italy (formerly at Fondazione Santa Lucia in Rome). The focus of my research is on the study of structural and functional brain alterations in humans throughout life, in health and disease such as Alzheimer, Parkinson, Huntington and Schizophrenia. I mainly work with Magnetic Resonance Imaging, using advanced techniques such as Diffusion Tensor Imaging, quantitative volumetry and relaxometry. I am also interested in developing methods for automated diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases (QuantaVita™).
